Merchants (shops and stores) create accounts on BuyMcAllen.com and post coupons, and other promotions for consumers. The public can then print and redeem these coupons for free.
BuyMcAllen is completely free to all consumers! Merchant membership comes with a marginal monthly fee of $19.95.

Merchant membership includes a customizable merchant page where they will be able to post their contact information, directions, and a link to their website. They will also be able to create up to 8 coupons per 30 cycles to promote their business.
Merchant membership is renewed monthly, and the option to have auto pay is available.
Coupons are created by Merchants that can be redeemed by the public for a special discount or opportunity at the Merchants place of business.
Coupons are free to the public and there is no limit on how many can be printed. However, Merchants have the ability to include limitations on the use of each coupon.
The terms and use of each coupon is determined by the Merchant that creates the coupon.
Value Card is another service of the McAllen Chamber of Commerce. Value Card holders can use the card at a variety of businesses to receive ongoing specials or discounts.
